You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.
Some features require a paid subscription. Billing occurs monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.
We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, your account will move to the free tier unless you choose a paid plan.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to access other users' accounts, transmitting malicious code, or using the Service for illegal purposes.
You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or create within the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelpLikeAMonk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
